         You can create N number of Sites under this single application. Even you can group various Sites under different companies. Site is a working place where employees are physically employed.

         Once Ultimate TMS is installed in a server at Corporate office whichs is connected to internet by a static IP address, employees at various sites can use Ultimate TMS over Internet.

          You can create one Admin for each Site who will manage the application. He will create Login ID and Password the employees working in the Site. Employees are authorized to use various forms & reports as their part of work.

          The Attendance Recording System (ARS) installed at various sites is connected to a centralised Server. The Swipe data can be corrected for errors / missings so that the ARS gives accurate data.

           You have two options in ARS about Shift. Either you can schedule each emloyee's working shift in advance; any change in shift schedule has to be updated as and when arised. This is the first option. Maintaining an accurate shift schedule is a tedius work. If an employee failed to apply for shift change and he swipes in a different shift, then you will get incorrect swipe data.

           To avoid this, we have one more option in Ultimate ERP. The swipe data itself decides the shift code for each day. This will be more accurate.

          Leave Application Leave Approval form helps in Leave Workflow system. When employee apply for leave, information by SMS E-Mail is triggered to next higher level persons; this trigger continues till the approval process completes and finally reaches HR person.

          Swipe data from ARS, Leave applied in TMS are combined as the monthly attendance form Payroll. This also forms part of Leave Management System.

          Leave Planner is a single form helpful for Managers to see Leaves applied / C-Off taken / Permission taken / Office Tour / On-Duty by all employees of a department.
