          This integrated module consists of both Marketing and Sales activities.

        In Marketing, create Sales territory, appoint Sales Executives to territories, maintain Customer masters linked to territory and sales executive, fix Sales targett and pay incentives based on achievements - every thing possible. Quotation Process, Order Process, Delivery, Receipts - all are tightly controlled.

        Trend graphs, analytical statements, ageing analysis are instantly generated using online data.

          User friendly forms are designed to get maximum but necessary input for masters. As an example, in Finished Goods Material master, we keep material data including customer, stock details, material image etc.

          Physical stock posting is an important function in ERP. It is avaialble in all stock locations. Physical stock taking is done periodically at each stock locations in side the plant and with Sub-contractors.

          The Physical stock details are compared with ERP System stock at each stock locations and a report is produced with variance (Excess or shortage)..
A responsive person will verify and approve the difference; then the stock adjustment entries will be updated into system.

Facility is provided to check whether our customers have received our sales invoices and whether they have prepared GR against our invoices and whether they have paid for our invoices.
