In Production Module, both Planned and Un-Planned Maintenance activities are managed.
Maintenance activity are be planned in advance and entered in Ultimate ERP under three major categories : Time based, Condition based, Others. It can be planned by Machine / Tool / Fixture.
When the machine or tool or fixture is repaired, the details are collected in a detailed form.
There are pre-defined reports like 'Maintenance Plan', 'Repair / Maintenance - Actual details', 'Maintenance Plan vs Actual' can be taken based on these data.
