In Ultimate ERP Production Module, Daily Production Details are captured through an efficiently designed input sheet. The data given by the user through this form is used in various output forms and reports to give you decision-making information like 'Production Plan vs Actual', Machine usage, Manpower utilization, Tool usage, Actual Unit Per Hour (UPH), Actual Unit Per ManHour (UPMH), Quality data like PPM, Productivity details like OEE etc.
There is a provision to use Barcode stickers for managing Materials Movement from one stock location to another. It is optional.
Production Non-Conformance Report is a usefull form to manage Production NCR. Machine Shutdown request is raised by / to Maintenance , Non-Production Activity etc are useful forms for accurate OEE.
Plant Maintenance Plan , Actual Maintenance activity is a part of this Production module.
