A cloud based application which can be implemented seperately just for monthly payroll processing. Everything is configurable.

          You decide your employee catgory, design pay-structure elements for Fixed earning, Variable earning, Fixed deductions, Variable deductions - everything under your control. Statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc are already integrated. Even you can manage Form-A, Form-P, Form-Q, Form-R, Form-S.

          You can keep either Positive Attendance or Negative Attendance. Payroll processing can be done for current month attendance along past months' adjustment (with or without affecting PF, ESI), Over Time. Once payroll processing is finalised, you can send SMS or E-Mail or both to employees. All payroll related journal entries are automated for Accounts module.

          Annual workings like Bonus, Income Tax, Leave Encashment are provided. Full and final settlement with Gratuity is available.

          Maximum care is take to collect all required fields are for an employee. Eventhen, user can include any new field into the Employee Maste using 'User Defined Fields' tab in employee master.

          Compensatory Off (C-Off) working system is a part of Payroll system. It is designed to input two scenarios : 1. First C-Off, Later Working. 2. First Working, Later C-Off. Input for both the cases are collected under multiple variations : 1. Single employee entry, 2. All employees in a Department, 3. All employees in a Catergory, 4. All employees in a company.
