Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE, is a simple but powerful tool in our ERP.
It simply used the Daily Production data entered by the users to calculate OEE. As shown in the above report, OEE can be calcualted for any Machine or for any Produciton Line or for any Produciton Shop. The OEE calculation can be seen and download in a tabular format as summary or as detailed by each date.
To calculate OEE, Ultimate ERP uses Avaialblity data, Performance data and Quality data.
