To save labour, improve quality, accuracy and precision, Industrial Automation is the only solution.
There are variety of ways available for Industrial Automation. But we are speaking
about interface software which connect production machines to computers to do some automated process.
Scenario 1. In your plant, you want to print barcode stickers
for each Good component produced from a machine, without any manual interruption.
Scenario 2. In common display boards (like LED screens),
you want to display ongoing production details for each and every machine.
Scenario 3. In your shop-floor, you want to display current
of critical Raw materials / FG Parts.
Scenario 4. You want to send alert messages to group of people when a
process is failed in Assembly line
Scenario 5. You run business in multi-storey building. There are accesss control systems at
different floors to record in & out of employees, contractors, visitors. You like to know
the total number of persons available inside the building at any point of time.
Scenario 6. You want to implement MES (Manufacturing Equipment System) within your factory;
but how to interlink Computers, Printers, Barcode printers, Barcode scanners, Hand-held computers,
Smart devices which are used inside the plant and to send the data to a centralised Server at different location ?
Like this, there are n number of scenarios.
The requirement may be different. But the solution is one : Industrial Automation.
We apply right method depending upon the requirement. Somtimes, we use Programmed Logic Control (PLC) interfaces to get data from production machines into computer. Sometimes, we develop software which executes based upon some conditions inside the plant. Sometimes we apply cloud technology to collect data from various digital devices into a centralised server. Sometimes, we apply
WiFi & GPS technology to collect information from remote places where LAN cabling is not possible.
Production Information System (PIS) is one of our application developed for Autocomponent industries.
The requirment is to display production details from various machines installed in a shop-floor. The live data is collected from each production machine and processed information is diplayed in
LED TVs located at different locations like Production Manager's cabin, Line supervisor's office etc.
PLC interfaces are installed to collect production details from each machine into a centralised server.
Standalone software is running at a PC attached to a LED TV.
