          A part of Extended ERP, Ultimate Customer Relationship Management Module (CRM) is designed to help organizations manage customer data and customer communication; it automates sales, marketing and customer support activities.


          The CRM activity starts from Lead Management. It collects Business opportunity, process Quotations, convert Quotation to Order, manage Schedules, Deliveries and After-Sales activities.


          Sales Executives across the country access CRM over web and manage Leads. Monthwise analysis of Leads are gathered to study the effectiveness of Leads.

          Marketing activities are automated; setting target for Sales Executives by group or item level possible by quantity or amount. It is compared against actual slaes to evaluate Sales Executive's performance.


          Marketing Campaigns can be managed by giving Plan & Excuted data. All Marketing related expenses are linked to Accounts Module. Budget vs Actual statements control the Marketing expenses.


          Multi-level Sales reports and Dashboards, which are fully customizable, can be used as ready-reference about Sales and Marketing.
