          In Material Management module, the dashboard shows the Red inventory details. This is to alert the planners to arrange the materials at the earliest.

          One more software tool from GMBOS is Supply Chain Management (SCM). The SCM integrates the data from Accounts, Materials and Quality Modules to ensure that the Business has 2 main Resources - Material & Money - to produce quality products within the planned time.           SCM co-ordinates various activities from Suppliers, Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers to ensure that the good quality product available at right time.

         The Sub-contract sub-module has a report to know the material stock at sub-contractors. This is one of the major advantage of Ultimate ERP since the SCM personnel must know the inventory details from suppliers for accurate planning. Another major feature of Ultimate ERP is that it is completely web based. The ERP admin can create logins for each supplier company and assign permission to specific forms / reports so that the suppliers can get the current information right from the ERP itself.
