          You may have installed Attendance Recordin Sysem (ARS) any supplier. But you need only one software to bring the attendance data to Payroll software - it is Ultimate HR.

          Yes. Ultimate HR is follows a very different approach to use ARS data in Payroll processing. It uses a very unique technology to map ARS into Payroll for attendance data. Already it is integrated with Leave Management System where Leave application is a work-flow process.

          Ultimate HR has a simple form to manage all ARS issues, like missed punch, incorrect punch, punching at another shift / date, continuous working without punch, onduty, machine issue, office tour etc.

 

          Leave Application work-flow process is another add-on tool on this HR module. Called 'Time Management System' (TMS), it can be implemented in a centralised server where the employees working at various plants or sites can access the Leave Application work-flow system. Finally, data from ARS and TMS are merged to create Monthly Attendance data for Payroll module.

          In ARS, you can take different types of reports on daily swip data like : Present list, Absent list, Later comers, Continous absent, Daily ARS list, Daily ARS MIS report, Missed punch report, Permission report etc.
